ADSp 2017 new release — what does it mean for you?

In 2017 the ADSp were revised. Important for our customers — because the new conditions automatically apply from 01.01.2017.

The key changes

• Clearer liability rules: Weight limits have been made more precise.
• Digital communication: Complaints can now be sent by email with legal effect.
• Load securing: Responsibility split between sender and forwarder clarified.
• Jurisdiction: Clearly the forwarder registered office.
