When diesel prices jumped from €1.40 to over €2.20 per litre in early 2022, every forwarder faced the same question: how do we pass on costs fairly?

Our approach: transparency over hidden surcharges

We decided to show fuel costs separately on our quotes. When diesel falls, our customers see it immediately. When it rises, too.

Fuel surcharge by index

We use the official diesel price index of the German Federal Statistical Office. For long-term contracts we adjust monthly, not daily.

Efficiency as protection

Through route optimisation, return trip planning and regular driver training we save 6 – 8 % consumption on average.
