From today we offer our customers a digital shipment tracking service. With an AWB number the current status can be checked online at any time.

What is shown?

• Current status (picked up / in transit / at customs / delivered)
• Expected arrival time
• In case of delay: reason and updated date

Why now?

Many customers asked for it. For a family business of our size the introduction is a big step.

What stays analogue?

The call in the morning when something special happens. The personal email on complex tours.
