Our first 100 transports — what we learned

One and a half years after founding in 2009, we reached the mark of 100 completed transport orders.

What stands out

Most orders came from within a 200 km radius around our base. A few were longer tours — three to northern Germany, one to Austria.

What worked well

Personal contact. 80 % of orders came through recommendation. A happy farmer tells three others.

What was hard

Liquidity. As a small forwarder you pay diesel, maintenance and wages today — customer payments come 30 days later.

What we resolve

Grow slowly. Quality over speed. Do not accept orders we cannot deliver reliably.
