First transports to Austria — our step abroad

In March 2014 we make our first larger transport to Austria — a Claas Jaguar forage harvester from Allgäu to Styria.

What was different

EU duty-free yes, but: different toll system, different fuel stations, different motorway rules. Our driver brought his notes.

What went well

The customer — an Austrian contractor — was straightforward, helpful and immediately gave us the next order.

What we learned

Going abroad is not complicated with preparation. Today we drive regularly to ten countries.
