Contactless pickup — the new normal

After the first weeks of the first lockdown in spring 2020, one thing was clear: business as usual was not possible.

Digital handover papers

We switched handover papers to digital exchange. The driver photographs the machine, documents via app. Paper and pens are no longer exchanged.

Hygiene equipment

Every vehicle now carries hand sanitiser, masks and disposable gloves.

Virtual pre-inspection

More and more buyers inspect machines via video call. On request our driver calls the buyer during pickup and shows the machine live.
