Place the order
Buyer and seller receive a contract from the forwarder. Both contracts are signed and returned.
Pay
The seller hands over the machine and signs the freight documents. The buyer transfers the purchase amount to the designated business account.
Goods handed over
The transport is only dispatched once the purchase amount has been received. The forwarder delivers the machine directly to the buyer.
Goods received
The buyer has a 14-day inspection period during which the goods may be returned. If a return is made, the seller bears the cost of the return shipment.

Deposited funds are kept safely on an insolvency-protected escrow account until the deal is concluded. The buyer is given the opportunity to check the goods or service before funds are released.
