ADSp — General German Forwarder Conditions
We work exclusively under the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp) in the applicable version. These uniformly define liability, jurisdiction and processes between the forwarder and customer — the established standard in the German transport industry.
DSLV-compliant contracts
Our contract terms comply with the recommendations of the German Freight Forwarders and Logistics Association (DSLV). Legal certainty for you as customer — no "surprises" in the fine print.
Carrier liability insurance
Every transport runs under our comprehensive carrier liability insurance. Your cargo is covered from the moment of pickup until delivery — against transport damage, theft and total loss.
15+ years of industry experience
In specialised transport of agricultural and construction machinery since 2009. Over 3,500 transports per year across 25 European countries — from Schleswig-Holstein to Portugal.
TÜV / DEKRA approved fleet
All vehicles are inspected at least every six months by TÜV or DEKRA. Maintenance history fully documented.
ISO 9001 — in progress
We are currently working on certification under DIN EN ISO 9001 for quality management systems. Expected issue: 2026.
